Katharine is from Somba K’e, Denendeh (Yellowknife, NWT). She creates visual and written resources that are designed specifically for a northern audience, drawing on her background in education, writing, and graphic design. She loves paddling, board games, and looking at cool lichens.

We collaborate with organizations who are doing work in the north to translate their technical content into educational resources. Our clients, often from academic or engineering backgrounds, connect with us to help transform their information in a way that resonates with the needs of Northern communities. We do this by incorporating plain-language principles, captivating graphic design, and hand-drawn illustrations to create final resources that are both informative and approachable for our Northern audience.
